These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hyperbaric.store and ahyperbaric.store (the "Site"), operated by A Hyperbaric Solution ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or purchasing or renting a product from us, you agree to these Terms.
The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes about in-home hyperbaric chambers and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new therapy, and follow all manufacturer instructions when using any hyperbaric chamber.
By submitting a form on the Site, you consent to be contacted by phone, text (SMS), and email regarding your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time using the methods described there.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on the Site are provided for general reference and may change without notice. Starting prices shown reflect the lowest available configuration for a given model and do not include shipping, applicable taxes, or optional add-ons unless stated otherwise. Any specific price, financing figure, delivery date, or availability quoted verbally or in writing to you directly by a representative is only binding once confirmed in a signed order, rental agreement, or invoice; marketing content on the Site itself is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not itself create a binding agreement.
Rental terms, purchase terms, financing terms, shipping timelines, and setup support vary by product and will be confirmed with you directly before any order or rental agreement is finalized. Any guarantee regarding price, availability, delivery timing, or financing approval is binding only when set out in a signed written agreement between you and us; it is not implied by anything on the Site.
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or a manufacturer's written warranty accompanying your product, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Hyperbaric Solution and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased or rented from us, including any injury resulting from improper use of a hyperbaric chamber or failure to consult a healthcare professional as recommended. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Hyperbaric Solution from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or any product, or your violation of these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to A Hyperbaric Solution and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
